We offer Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Training.
The course covers:

The importance of time and temperature control, personal hygiene, cleaning and disinfection

Food safety hazards and how to avoid or control them

Legislation and much more
The course costs £55 for two evening sessions at the Civic Office in Borehamwood and includes a multi-choice examination, handbook, information pack and refreshments.
The team can run in-house courses for businesses nominating a minimum of 10 candidates.
