Fatality or major injury - report immediately and complete the F2508 form within 10 days (fatalities should be notified to the enforcing authority immediately)

Over seven day injury - report within 15 day

Reportable work related disease - report as soon as notified by doctor

Dangerous occurrences in a work place such as collapse or failure of lifts or lifting equipment

Injuries to members of the public, who need hospital treatment
