The museum is run by volunteers from Elstree and Borehamwood History Society who have come together to record, collect, and interpret the history and archaeology of Borehamwood and Elstree. The museum contains a changing programme of displays on the local area.
Elstree and Borehamwood Museum will be moving to a new purpose-built facility in Shenley Road, Borehamwood in 2013. This is part of a project which will bring the museum together with other services, such as the library.
If you would like to help with stewarding, archiving, displays and research please contact the Elstree and Borehamwood Museum.
