Shenley Park

Last Modified February 13, 2013

Shenley Park is a 45-acre park situated right in the heart of Shenley village.

The park was established in 1992 and is managed by Shenley Park Trust - an independent charitable trust - on a long lease from the council.

It has a unique apple orchard with nearly 150 varieties of apples, a wildflower meadow and woodland, a Victorian walled garden with a terraced amphitheatre, a country style tea room and a spacious former old chapel which functions as an all-purpose hall for the community.

Welcome to Hertsmere Borough Council’s new website. In February this website will replace the existing www.hertsmere.gov.uk site as the best place to find information about Hertsmere and the services it offers.

Until then, you can explore the website by using this experimental trial (‘beta’) version.

PLEASE BE AWARE – this is a test website. It may contain inaccuracies or be misleading and links may not work. You should not use this site to contact us. Our old website remains the official website for Hertsmere until the end of February.
