You should use these application forms for developments that include building, engineering or other works, in, on, over and under land, or when making a change in the use of any building or land.
They can be used for:

Any works relating to a flat

Applications to change the number of dwellings (flat conversions, building a separate house in the garden for example)

Change of uses to part, or all, of the property to non-residential (including business) uses

Anything outside the garden of the property (including stables if in a separate paddock)

To process an application we require the information detailed in Part 1 above to be submitted with the application. The period for deciding the application cannot start until all the information has been received.
Please make sure you submit one original plus one copy of the application form, together with one original plus one copy of the plans and supporting information. The fee information and help notes are provided to help you.
