An ownership notice needs to be completed if you own the property / site. If you do not own the site, then a notice is to be served to all owners of the application site / property.
Site owners are defined as freeholders or leaseholders with at least seven years of the leasehold left unexpired.
In addition, all ownership certificates must be accompanied by an Agricultural Holdings Certificate confirming whether or not any of the land to which the application relates is, or is part of, an agricultural holding.
