You should get a copy of the magazine every March, July and December. If you don't appear to be getting the magazine please contact us with your address so that we can check with our distribution company.

Submit an article

We welcome information or articles, but please note: submissions will be edited and because space is always in demand, we cannot guarantee to include information. If it is crucial that your event or project is publicised you may be better advised to arrange 'paid for' advertising in local media.

We are currently trialling carrying a limited number of adverts within the magazine. If you would like more information and details of our rates please contact us.

You can submit photographs with your article, but they must be of an acceptable quality. This is because it may be necessary to reduce or enlarge the image to fit with the page layout.

To publish photographs of children, we require parental permission. It is your responsibility to gain permission from the parent or guardian of every child featured in the picture. Without this permission the photograph cannot be used.

If submitting your photograph via email, please attach the photograph as a 300dpi jpeg. If submitting physical photographs please be aware that, while every effort will be made to return your photograph in its original state this cannot be guaranteed.

We welcome feedback on our website. We are continually working to improve the content of our website. If you have any suggestions on how it can be improved, or just want to offer some feedback on it, please use the form below.
