What is my Citizens Account?

Your Citizens Account is an online facility that enables all Hertsmere council taxpayers, council tax benefit claimants and nantional non domestic ratepayers to access up to date information regarding their council tax, benefits and business rates accounts. It is secure and allows you  easy access to your account information from any online computer at any time.   

What will facilities will my account provide?

Your Citizens Account will allow read-only access to information such as

• How much you owe
• Any reductions or reliefs awarded
• Details of your instalments and payments 

It will also provide an online request form that will allow you to make queiries or request a copy bill.

How can I access my account?

You can register online. Then, once you have obtained your secure pin number, simply access your Citizen's Account.
