Temporary Events Register

An official list of all temporary event(s) notices submitted to the council that we have acknowledged.

By virtue of Section 8 of the Licensing Act 2003, the council is obliged to keep a public register containing a record of each temporary event notice it receives. This register must also contain a record of any notice of withdrawal or of any counter notice served following police objection.
