Does your business need a boost? Or perhaps you’re just bored with the same old breakfast?!
Try something new and join us for a free business breakfast on 28 September.
You will find out:
- about public procurement opportunities, how to do business with local authorities and how to become an approved supplier.
- how to build your business with the voluntary sector and social enterprises.
- what Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership is and how it could impact on your business.
- useful contacts and the chance to network with Hertsmere Borough Council, Hertfordshire County Council, Business Link, Community Action Hertsmere and others.
Councillor Seamus Quilty, Economic Development Portfolio Holder, said: "The council is working with Business Link – the government’s support resource for businesses – on this initiative and other projects to see what we can do to help boost the local economy in the current climate.
"If any businesses – large or small – are struggling and would like to find out how we can help, please come along to this breakfast meeting, it may well help you get back on your feet."
This free event is suitable for small businesses as well as larger, national companies. It will take place at Hertsmere Borough Council Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood. It will run from 8am to 9.30am with registration from 7.30am.
