Bushey Rose Garden - Planning & Design Professional Services

We have received a 'Lottery Heritage Fund Parks for People' grant for the development of the Bushey Rose Gardens.

To assist in delivering this project we require professional services that will include developing all plans and designs through RIBA stages F-L, assisting with the procurement of the main contractor and an option to manage the project.

We are interested to know about your experience in conservation/heritage works as well as working with HLF projects.

Invitations to tender will be sent (anticipated 20 Oct 2008) to 3-5 bidders who can demonstrate the above as well as passing the Councils financial stability test. Tenders returned 17 Nov 08.  Shortlist bidders will make presentations on 28 Nov 08.
