Hertsmere's Children and Young People's Plan

The objective of Hertsmere’s Children and Young People’s Plan(CYPP) is to provide a single, inter-agency strategy that sets out the key priorities and actions for all children and young people living in the Borough. Consequently, the success of the document is dependant on strong and cohesive partnerships in which community organisations work collectively to deliver high quality services that improve outcomes for children and young people. The Children’s Trust Partnership will work to deliver the actions contained within this Plan.
