Performance Reward Grant

The Performance Reward Grant is a fund available to all Hertsmere Together Partners for use to cover costs associated with work on behalf of Hertsmere Together only.

The Local Area Agreement that commenced in April 2006 contained a number of targets aimed at improving the performance of services over three years.  Some of these targets have a performance reward grant attached, where a reward is paid by Government in return for a level of performance above and beyond what would normally be expected.  The reward will be paid on the successful delivery of the targets and will be reinvested in partnership work.

The allocation of some of this reward funding to the District Local Strategic Partnerships will provide a welcome resource to Hertsmere Together, providing a significant boost to its capacity to deliver the local Community Strategy 2010 onwards.
