On Tuesday and Wednesday the Hertsmere Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership staffed a display stand to give advice on a range of issues such as home and personal safety, fire safety and crime reduction.
Val Kane, the Borough Council's Community Safety Officer, said: "The two days were very successful. We've had a number of people register their interest in Neighbourhood Watch schemes and home fire safety checks and take up the opportunity to get items of their property security marked for free."
