Directions to the Civic Offices:
Via A1 (Barnet bypass) - Turn off at the flyover by the Elstree Moat House hotel, leading onto Elstree Way. Continue over double mini-roundabout passing Shell garage on left.
To get to the car park turn right from Elstree Way, after the swimming pool. Alternative car park access is from Shenley Road - follow signs to Shenley.
