The council aim to provide high-quality services for all of our customers. We provide a wide range of services for you and aim to deliver and develop services to meet your needs.
Customer services team
The customer services team provide front-line reception and enquiry services at the Civic Offices Borehamwood, as well as the two area offices at Bushey and Potters Bar. The team also deal with the council’s central telephone answering service, detailed calls for waste management services and the processing of meeting room bookings.
