Payroll
Our payroll unit not only process the weekly and monthly pay for all our council employees, but also for all staff at Bushey Golf & Country Club Ltd and Hertsmere Leisure Trust. If you are an external agency or are a Hertsmere Borough Council employee who has a query regarding your pay you may contact the unit direct by emailing payroll@hertsmere.gov.uk or by calling 0208 207 2277 (ext 3400). If you are an employee of Bushey Golf & Country Club Ltd or Hertsmere Leisure Trust and have a query, please contact your line manager, in the first instance, who should be able to help you.
Creditors
Our creditors unit is responsible for all supplier invoice payments. If you are a supplier and have a query regarding a purchase order or invoices, please get in touch with your contact at their relevant service department. If your query relates to a payment of an invoice or anything else (including the Construction Industry Scheme), please email creditors@hertsmere.gov.uk or call 0208 207 2277 (ext 3190).
Debtors
Our debtors unit is responsible for maintaining all our sundry debtors accounts, which includes garage and shop rentals, planning and other service fees. If you have any queries regarding an invoice you have received you may contact the unit direct by emailing sundry.debtors@hertsmere.gov.uk or by calling 0208 207 2277 (ext 3610). Treasury Management
Our treasury manager is responsible for the council's cash flow in the form of investments, insurance and Value Added Tax. If you are an external institution or a member of the public with a query about an insurance claim with the council, please email treasury@hertsmere.gov.uk or call 0208 207 2277 (ext 3160).
Procurement
Our procurement team is responsible for the council's tendering processes as well as maintaining existing contracts.
