By-election results October 2009

Following the sad death of Councillor Martin Heywood, elections took place on Thursday 22 October 2009 for the Potters Bar Oakmere ward of the borough, the county ward of Borehamwood North and the Hillside ward for Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council.
