We have lots to celebrate in this issue and the past year's various successes and achievements are featured on the cover.  Inside you'll find our Christmas card winners, where to go for information if it snows, details of free Christmas parking, how we work with the police to fight crime, recycling updates and lots of other useful information from around the borough.  There's also a What's on section featuring local pantomimes and details of what to do with your waste and recycling at Christmas.   

At this time of year we also publish our annual summary of financial report and accounts, which you will find in the middle pages of the magazine.  This explains what happens to your council tax and how we spend the money we receive.  Let us know what you think of the document by filling in the slip provided.
