Water leak at Civic Offices

Due to a water leak at the Civic Offices in Borehamwood, the main reception area will be closed until further notice.
However, a temporary reception has been set up in the basement where customer services staff will be on hand to deal with visitors and queries as far as they can in the circumstances.
The council's customer call centre is unaffected and running as usual so if you have any queries please call 020 8207 2277.
We will update this page once the main reception area is open again.
