Friday will be business as normal for the majority of services delivered by Hertsmere Borough Council.
It is hoped that waste and recycling collections will be made as normal providing it is deemed safe to do so. This decision will be made in the morning following an assessment of the road conditions.
There has been difficulty in making waste and recycling collections safely earlier this week because of the road conditions, and therefore if your green/brown bin and/or blue recycling box was not collected on Wednesday or Thursday, residents are advised to take them in and re-present them in a fortnight, on your normal collection day.
We have been working hard to minimise any disruption and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Activities for the 50 plus scheme remain suspended. Elsewhere all other services have been running well, with minimal disruption.
