Cllr Jeremy Segall resigns

Jeremy Segall has resigned as a ward councillor for Borehamwood Brookmeadow with immediate effect. Mr Segall has resigned to enlist as a special constable with Hertfordshire Police.

Hertsmere’s Chief Executive Eden Lee, received a letter of resignation from Mr Segall dated Tuesday 30 January.

There will be a by-election for his seat in to coincide with the timing of the Borough elections in May.

Mr Segall was a Conservative councillor and was elected to Hertsmere Borough Council on 10 June 2004.
