Watch our meeting live tonight

 Proposals for parish councils at South Mimms and Potters Bar are due for discussion tonight at the full council meeting.

But if you can't make it in person to our offices in Borehamwood, you can watch what happens live from the comfort of your own home as long as you have access to the internet.

All executive and full council meetings are broadcast live through our online webcasts and then kept on the site for six months afterwards. So even if you miss the meeting tonight, Wednesday 16 January, you can go back to it afterwards and just look up the specific agenda item you wanted to see or hear about.

Also up for tonight's meeting, which starts at 7.30pm, will be discussions around setting the council tax base.
