Food Hygiene Training

We offer Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Training

 

Courses are interesting and packed with vital information in the form of talks, demonstrations and visual aids. 

The content of the course covers:

• The importance of time and temperature control, personal hygiene, cleaning and disinfection
• Food safety hazards and how to avoid or control them
• Legislation and much more
