Food Hygiene Training

We offer Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Training

 

Courses are interesting and packed with vital information in the form of talks, demonstrations and videos.  They introduce food law including: Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006.  The short examination will lead to the nationally recognised Level 2 Award in food safety awarded by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

The course fee is £52.50 for two evening sessions, which include a multi-choice examination, handbook, information pack and refreshments.  The courses are held at the Civic Offices, Borehamwood, however, we are happy to run "in-house" courses for businesses nominating a minimum of 10 candidates.  If you would like to make a booking or discuss the course please contact Environmental Health on 020 8207 7435 or email environmental.health@hertsmere.gov.uk  Alternatively, you can fill out the online form.
