Ashtanga Yoga
Bushey Rose Garden, High Street - Bushey
From 2pm to 3pm
Free Yoga class.  Ashtanga Yoga is a very dynamic form of Hatha Yoga which focuses on syncronising breath with movement.  It helps develop fitness, strength and flexibility.
This class is ideally suited for those who have practises some form of Yoga before.
