Collection calendar

Find out which bins are due to be collected on a week by week basis. Plus a guide to collections over Easter and other bank holidays in the next few months.

We collect all your bins/boxes over a two week period. We will collect your black bin and blue box in Week 1, and your green bin and brown bin/black box in week 2. And it goes on, alternating each week.

Spring and Jubilee Bank holiday collections

Hertsmere's recycling crews will be working on the Diamond Jubilee (Tues 5th June) so collections will be a day later as is usual following the bank holiday Monday. For example, all collections due on Monday 4 June will take place a day later on Tuesday 5 June.
