Art Play - a party and event service
Our award winning play team offer a special party and events service. Take the stress out of organising and invite our experienced play staff to provide the fun with educational arts and activities.
The Art Play parties are ideal for children aged 5-11years giving them the opportunity to be creative and have staff on hand to direct and assist them.
How does the children's party service work?
- You book and make a request for a party theme if you would like.
- Our Play Team come to your home or chosen venue and coordinate on the date of the party.
- We don’t need tables or chairs, all we need is a space on the floor where we can lay covers.
- All materials are provided by us. Please note that although we provide aprons it is best that children do not wear their best clothes.
- Our experienced and hands on staff arrange a party theme of your choice and incorporate it into a host of exciting and creative activities for the children.
- Children get to take home their creations.
- You ensure a memorable party without the hassle!
What activities take place?
Art play involves two to three exciting and creative activities. They are usually arts and craft based and include sticking, cutting and colouring in order to create masks, wands, bookmarks, elaborate spectacles and other tried and tested designs!
Our team provide the materials and tools allowing children complete freedom to express themselves creatively.
When the children have finished their creations they get to keep them and take them home. This solves the problem of ‘going home bags’ and wondering how to fill them!
How do I book?
- Please call our Play Team on 0207 8207 7568.
- Methods of payment include credit/debit card over the telephone (0207 8207 7568) or a cheque with your child’s details and party date, venue and times on the reverse.
- If you would like a special themed event, we will agree the price with you and charge you according to your chosen theme for the extra preparation needed. Please give at least 4 weeks notice to ensure that we can make the necessary arrangments.
- To secure your booking you will be required to pay a deposit.
- Please book early to avoid disappointment!
