Get to be a gooner for the day!

Fancy yourself as the next big thing on the footie pitch? Then come along to the latest of Arsenal’s soccer schools - this time being held in Bushey.

The council runs the schools in partnership with Arsenal Football Club and you don’t have to be an expert to join in - just sign up to learn how to play the Arsenal way, get new skills and make new friends.

Cllr Brenda Batten, portfolio holder for leisure, culture and health, explained: "These schools are fantastic opportunities for local young people. We are in a unique position in Hertsmere to be able to offer these events, which not only help to teach new skills on the pitch but can help young people with skills for life off the pitch, such as team work."

When: 6 - 8 April  - 10am til 3pm each day. (You will need to bring your own lunch).
Where: Bournehall Primary School, Bushey
Age: For children aged six to 12
How much?: £12 per day or £30 for all three days for Hertsmere Residents.
£20 per day or £50 for all three days for those who don’t live in Hertsmere.
