Although children have only just gone back to school after the Christmas holidays, it's not too soon to think about how you will keep them occupied in the February half-term.

Sports will form part of the programme for the first time at a new scheme in Potters Bar.  The scheme will run from Oakmere Primary School in Chace Avenue on Monday 11, Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 February.  Children can attend one, two or all three days of this scheme which will also include play and art activities.

One-day play schemes will run in Radlett, Bushey, Borehamwood and Shenley and  offer play, arts, recycling and healthy living projects and active games.

*Please note that a Hert card is different to a Hertsmere Leisure card.
Hert cards are available from Hertsmere Leisure Centres to borough residents on benefits - Jobseeker's allowance, income support, disabled persons tax credit, housing benefit, council tax benefit, assistance with NHS charges, free school meals - or if you have a GP referral.  Hert card holders are able to get discounts on play schemes and some leisure centre facilities.  A card costs £2.25 for six months and covers two adults and up to four children under 16 living at the same address.
