Pablo pants for picture

The owner of this year’s dog show winner was presented with his prize today – a portrait painted by local artist Helen Cooksley.

 

Deputy Mayor Councillor Sandra Parnell presented the oil painting of Pablo, an eight year old boxer, to Nicola Beaumont (right), who is a regular user of King George Recreation Ground where the dog show took place.  Helen Cooksley is pictured on the left.

The dog show was organised by the council as part of the Bushey festival in July.
