Summer Art Fun - book now!

Book now, as Hertsmere Council's play team runs another action-packed creative arts programme during this years' school summer holidays.

Dates are from Monday 24 July to Friday 18 August with play sessions held in Potters Bar, Bushey, Borehamwood, Shenley, Bushey Heath and Radlett.

All children aged 5 to eleven are invited to have lots of fun with art, crafts, circus skills, Drama and Dance and other active games, as recommended by The Heart Foundation. They will additionally have the opportunity to learn about model making, collage, 3D and drawing, at the same time as experiencing all the fun of a holiday playscheme environment.

Each art play programme runs from 10am until 3pm each day, but after the success of previous years, extended care will be available between 9am and 5pm in Potters Bar for working parents. 

Sara Younger, Hertsmere’s Cultural Services Officer, said: “Our summer programme is always very popular with young people in Hertsmere and there is lots to choose from. We know the timing of them is a real help to busy mums and dads.

“So book your child on one of our Art Fun Days and break up their holiday boredom!”
