Walk on water in a giant hamster ball!

If you're aged 15 to 19 get down to Bushey Grove Leisure Centre on a Monday night because going to the swimming pool has taken on a whole new meaning with the help of human hamster balls.

They're called water walkerz and you basically get inside the big ball and then play around in the pool with your mates staying completely dry.

This great fun activity is part of the Twilight programme funded by Herts Sports Partnership and co-ordinated by Hertsmere Borough Council in conjunction with Hertsmere Leisure and Hertfordshire Constabulary. 

Water walkerz are available for the next five Mondays (9 June-7 July) from 9pm to 10pm.  The cost is £3 per session.

Booking is essential as exclusions apply and there's a maximum of 12 per session. 

Wear loose light clothing such as shorts and t-shirt.
