Appeals
Appeals against local authority planning decisions.
If an applicant is aggrieved by the decision of the local planning authority they may appeal to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. Appeals must be made on a form which is obtainable from the Planning Inspectorate, Customer Support Unit, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN. The Planning Inspectorate have introduced an online appeals service which can be used to make an appeal online. You can find the service through the Appeals area
