Alternatively, you can download the forms as pdfs and submit them - details are below:
Application Forms
Full Plans applications require two copies of detailed architectural plans to be submitted along with completed Full Plans application form and the appropriate fee. A formal decision notice will be issued. A further single fee covering all our inspection charges will be invoiced once work commences on site.
Building Notice applications require a completed Building Notice Application Form accompanied by a site plan and the appropriate fee. Both inspection and application fees are payable in full at the time of submitting a Building Notice application. However, if the work is on or includes premises designated under the fire Precautions Act 1971 (such as offices, shops, hotels, etc.) a Full Plans application MUST be made.
Regularisation applications require a completed Regularisation Application Form accompanied by plans and the appropriate fee. They are used where work has already taken place and a retrospective acceptance of these works is required. This is applicable for any work undertaken after 1985. It should be noted that in order to verify that the work complies with the Building Regulations it will be necessary in most cases for elements of construction to be exposed for inspection on site.
