Notice of introduction of hertsmere borough council building regulations charges Scheme No. 12, 2010 on 1st October 2010

Hertsmere Borough Council has set and fixed a new Charge Scheme pursuant to the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010 and this scheme will be introduced on 1st October 2010.  This new Charge Scheme will replace the existing Charge Scheme known as Hertsmere Borough Council Building Regulation Charge Scheme No. 11, 2009 and this current Charge Scheme will be revoked on 30th September 2010.

If anyone wishes to inspect the Hertsmere Borough Council Building Regulation Charge Scheme No. 12, 2010, it will be available at the Main Reception of Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, between 9am to 5pm, on any working day.
