Scott Wilson report

Six local authorities within Hertfordshire commissioned independent research to identify potential areas for pitches across south and west Hertfordshire.

The six authorities involved in this independent research - undertaken by consultants Scott Wilson - are Hertsmere, Dacorum, St Albans, Watford, Three Rivers and Hertfordshire County Council.  The report, which was completed in September 2006, identified 21 potential areas in Hertsmere which could be suitable to accommodate Travellers and Gypsies. Those areas are suggestions only and Hertsmere is not bound to accept the sites suggested and has not made any decision on the sites.
