Core Strategy Development Plan Document
Hertsmere Borough Council has to put together a plan of what development there should be, and where, in the borough until 2021.
The Core Strategy sets out the overall vision for the borough for the next 15 years with policies for a number of key areas including housing, the environment, employment, transport and retail. Hertsmere Borough Council submitted its Core Strategy to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on 6th March 2009 for independent examination.
A dedicated website for the examination has been set up containing all relevant documents, including copies of representations
made on the Core Strategy and details of the hearing sessions to be held. The website can be viewed at Hertsmere's LDF Public Examination of the Core Strategy website
and is being maintained by the Programme Officer
Where can I see the full details?
