Radlett Aerodrome update

This application is for a major railfreight distribution centre in the St Albans District Council area close to the Hertsmere boundary. Hertsmere Borough Council formally objected to this application in October 2006 (read more here)

At a meeting on 1^st November 2006, St Albans District Council were unable to make a final decision on the application as the Highways Agency had been unable to make a formal response to the planning application as they has received insufficient information on the proposal.

The Highways Agency has now managed to finalise their response and so St Albans District Council has now been able to fix a date for the committee to determine the planning application: the committee will take place on 19th February 2007 at 7pm.
