Annual Visitors Permit

A resident that resides permanently within a CPZ area can purchase an Annual visitor permit. The permit does not have a registration number and is very useful if you have a high number of visitors to your property during the restriction times.

There is a restriction of one annual visitor permit per household.

To apply for an annual parking permit you will need to complete the relevant application form:

Cost of Annual Visitor Parking Permit

The permit is valid for a year and costs £20.00

Replacement Permit

If you need to replace a permit due to being lost or damaged there is a charge of £15.00.

WHERE PROOF IS REQUIRED

The Council will require proof of address upon application to ensure that the right of legitimate users of the CPZ scheme are not compromised from illegal and / or unauthorised motorists. These checks will therefore help ensure that the scheme works for you if you are an eligible resident living within the CPZ area. The following details will be required:

Address Official documentation showing the property at which you are permanently resident. (e.g. electricity bill, bank statement, council tax bill)

HOW TO PAY FOR A PERMIT

You will need to enclose your payment (where required) with your application.

PLEASE ALLOW TEN WORKING DAYS FOR AN APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED.

The Annual visitor permit should only be used by persons visiting the abode to which it is issued and not used to park when visiting other abodes or local amenities.
