What is the role of Local Land and Address Management team?

Our role

We provide a statutory, not-for-profit service for solicitors, private search companies and individuals buying or re-mortgaging homes, business or land and are responsible for the naming and numbering of new and existing streets and properties within the authority area.

About the team

Our dedicated Local Land and Address Management team have extensive experience in Local Land Charges and Street Naming and Numbering.

We are committed to providing accurate, comprehensive, local authority searches, fast.

*The annual Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence are the only national awards to celebrate the work and achievements of local authority Local Land Charges departments which carry out the land and property searches required for conveyancing transactions in England and Wales.

We are also responsible for the naming and numbering of new and existing streets and properties within Hertsmere, so if you have just been granted planning consent, or If need an address and a search, we can help!!!
