PRE- APPLICATION INSPECTION (ADVISORY) (1 HOUR)  £200 
 PRE- APPLICATION CHECK & ADVICE (1HOUR)  £50
VARIATION TO APPLICATION   £75
 VARIATION (INSPECTION)  £150
 REQUEST FOR RE-INSPECTION  £133

 

Other Fees

Vet fees: Where any licence requires the attendance of a Vet at any time, the applicant/licence holder is responsible for full payment of the Vets professional charges plus VAT.

NO REFUNDS 
 Appeals: Appeals against a star rating to the Council will attract a (deposit) fee of £50.00. This will be refunded if the Council upholds the appeal.
Fees of Additional work
All additional work will be charged at an hourly rate of £40
