We work closely with any prospective tenants carrying out background checks as well as extensive affordability and sustainably assessments and run mandatory online pre tenancy training courses in order to minimise risk to our Landlords.
Our team has over 14 years’ experience in housing so we know what makes for a successful tenancy, for both landlords and tenants and our dedicated tenancy sustainment & landlord liaison officer.
