Our Team
We have worked in the Residential Lettings and Property Management since 2005 in both the public and private sector. We have had responsibility for large property portfolios, working with a wide range of properties and people.
Training and expertise
Our team has over 14 years’ experience in housing so we know what makes for a successful tenancy, for both landlords and tenants. We also have our dedicated tenancy sustainment and landlord liaison officers to help and advise.
Training has been undertaken in Lettings and Property Management, qualified in the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and coupled with over 14 years’ experience in the industry, you can have confidence that your property is in professional hands.
