Local election results are in!

Electors in Hertsmere have had their say and the results from the borough council's election have been announced. 

The count for all 39 Hertsmere Borough Council seats, which were up for election, has taken place and the majority of results were published as they were announced in the early hours of this morning  (Friday 3 May) on the council's Facebook.com/Hertsmere page and Twitter @HertsmereBC account.

Borehamwood Kenilworth ward was the subject of a recount this afternoon (Friday 3 May).

The results were announced by ward throughout the count by Returning Officer, Chief Executive Donald Graham, at Allum Hall, Borehamwood with the majority of the results declared by 5.20am. The turnout was 32.8%.

The count for the town and parish council election took place at 11am today (Friday 3 May) and the results are on our elections results page.
