Shape Up and get healthy!

Description
Shape Up is a free weight management course for men funded by Public Health Hertfordshire and delivered by Watford FC's Community Sports and Education Trust, with funding support from Hertsmere Borough Council. The course is aimed at men aged 18 to 65 with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or over.
