The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR)

Injuries, diseases and accidents at work should be reported.

  • Fatality or major injury - report immediately via the online form below (fatalities should be notified to the enforcing authority immediately)
  • Over seven day injury - report within 15 day
  • Reportable work related disease - report as soon as notified by doctor
  • Dangerous occurrences in a work place such as collapse or failure of lifts or lifting equipment
  • Injuries to members of the public, who need hospital treatment
