A new health facility is planned as part of the redevelopment of the Elstree Way Corridor which has been designated as a Housing Zone by the government. Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust has responsibility for the provision of this facility which would deliver services for a number of health care and social care providers and is currently preparing a Strategic Outline Case for the Trust Development Authority.
