Elstree and Borehamwood Neighbourhood Plan consultation - closes 29 April 2026

We carried out public consultation on the Elstree and Borehamwood Neighbourhood Plan. This ended on 29th April 2026. The responses are currently being collated and will be published on this page once that are ready.

The plan has been prepared by Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council (EBTC), and will shape how the parish develops over the coming years and guide decisions on planning applications.

The next stage in the Neighbourhood Plan process is the Examination. Once an Independent Examiner has been appointed we will update this website with the next steps and further information.
