Director of Place and Transformation
This is a new and pivotal role within our Senior Leadership Team. As Director of Place and Transformation, you’ll report to the Chief Executive and lead a wide-reaching high profile portfolio that includes Planning, Asset Management, Environmental Health, and Housing Strategy.
You’ll shape and drive strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth, place-based regeneration and action for climate change; all while embedding service excellence and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of our Local Plan
- Drive the new Asset Management Strategy
- Oversee housing growth and Hertsmere Living Ltd
- Lead on climate change and our net zero ambitions
- Strengthen emergency planning and organisational resilience
