  • Can I speak to someone informally?
    Yes — informal, confidential discussions are welcomed, please contact human.resources@hertsmere.gov.uk to arrange an information chat about the role.
  • Where will interviews be held?
    Interviews will be conducted in person at our Civic Offices in Borehamwood.
  • Who will be on the assessment panel?
    The technical interviews will include a technical expert and a member of the HR Team.
    For final interviews, the stakeholder panel will include the Leader, Deputy Leader, 3 Councillors and a member of the HR Team.  The presentation will be to the Senior Leadership Team (4 members) and and HR facilitator.  The final panel interview will include the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, an external expert and a member of the HR Team.  The final interview day will include an informal meet and greet lunch with stakeholders and senior management.
